I move between three worlds that, at first glance, have little in common: the semiconductor industry, software development, and conflict resolution. What connects them is how I approach each one — listen carefully first, understand what's really at stake, and only then build a solution.

As CEO and shareholder of OrangGO B.V., I'm responsible for the deployment of large-scale software projects for clients such as PDF Solutions Inc. — work that demands precision and stamina, in a sector where test cell downtime costs money immediately.

Alongside that, I build and maintain websites and software, from marketing sites to full management platforms. This includes ongoing work for Eurofly / Vechtdal Paragliding and ProjectBon — practical solutions used every day, not showcases that end up in a drawer.

With Eurofly Vechtdal Paragliding it's more than a client relationship: in my spare time I fly and pitch in myself as an active member of the club. That involvement helps — I know the field, the volunteers, and what actually matters day to day, and it shows in how I build the technology around it.

And as an interim problem solver, I step into situations where discussions have stalled. Not to be proven right, but to take the sting out and get parties talking again.
